Gregorio Muñoz is a Madrid-based illustrator and graphic designer working under the name More Mengo. He specialises in urban and surrealist illustration for music, skate culture, independent brands and events — building visual identities that live comfortably in the underground and hold up anywhere else.
His work draws from street art, comic culture and surrealism, with a sharp eye for detail and a consistent thread of humour that makes even complex pieces immediately readable.
I've developed poster campaigns for artists like Mad Professor, Congo Natty, Takuya Nakamura and Victor Rice, built complete packaging universes for independent brands like CBD Origins, and created illustration systems for agencies and studios across Spain and Latin America.
My work has been used by Ariwa Sounds — Mad Professor's own label — and has reached audiences across Mexico, Colombia, Spain and the UK.

Photoshop and Illustrator are my main tools, but the process always starts with a sketch — that first rough idea where the concept takes shape. From there it's about building the piece layer by layer: the linework, the texture, the colour, the details that make someone stop and look twice.
I've been working this way across poster art, character design, packaging and visual campaigns — always with the same approach regardless of the format or the client. The brief is the starting point, but understanding the culture around it is what makes the difference between a piece that works and one that just looks good on screen.
