Welcome to the Hypochondriac Party, a personal project where biting humor, absurdity, and the everyday intertwine in the surreal figure of an anthropomorphic hippopotamus trapped in its own existential anxiety. This series explores the concept of social hypochondria, reflecting ironic and comical situations about the boundaries between reality and paranoia, nightlife and isolation, and the protagonist's eternal dilemma: "What do I want, or what do I have?"
The series expands with an illustration adapted for a t-shirt, which encapsulates the spirit of the project with a bold graphic style and a vintage aesthetic reminiscent of arcade machines, offering an ironic nod to leisure, anxiety, and distorted self-perception.
